We proudly introduce to you Daniel Menezes, the new vocalist of Age of Artemis! Daniel is from Fortaleza, CE, lives in Brasília and has already recorded the vocals for Wind of Hope, the first single from our upcoming album. 🤘
Daniel Menezes:
“Back when I listened to Age of Artemis in Fortaleza, I used to think about how amazing it would be to be part of a band of this level. Today, as a crossover singer, I feel extremely honored to be part of this story and to take on the huge responsibility of stepping into the shoes of great vocalists like Alírio, Pedro, and Airton! I want to contribute to helping Age reach even higher heights, live unforgettable moments, and bring lots of metal to all of us! Long live Brazilian metal! Long live AoA!”
Giovanni Sena:
“The first key point for the new Artemis vocalist was that he should be from our city. I believe that would make things easier. Another important aspect was having some kind of connection with us—a friend of a friend, those links life brings us. One day, I needed a vocalist for a pop project, and Daniel was recommended for that job. In a way, he stayed on my radar.
When Airton left, Daniel came to mind, so I reached out. After some conversation, he immediately liked the idea. The pleasant surprise came during the tests. We decided to record some songs, and even a demo for ‘Wind of Hope’. It was very easy to record Daniel. He’s super in tune and knows his voice very well. So we made the invitation, and now we’re about to build this new path together. Welcome aboard!”
Welcome to Age of Artemis, Daniel!
